He is survived by: his wife Lisa Collins-Smith; his children, Nicholle Smith and Shauntelle Smith; his stepchildren, Britny Charboneau (Ben) and Sgt Geddy Roberts; his brother Michael "Scott" Smith; and his grandchildren, Raelyn Mathis, Addelynn, Lailyn Williams, Rowen "Dale" Smith, Remy Turner, Marilyn Roberts and Kayden "Jax" Smith. He is also survived by uncle and 2 aunts; and numerous cousins and other family members.
