He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Blain and Florence Blain; his father-in-law Jimmie Neely; and his brother-in-law David Smith. He is survived by: his wife Janett Blain of Gulfport; his mother-in-law Christine Neely of Brandon, MS; his siblings, Diana Roberts (Charles) of Newark Ohio, Deborah Strohl (Tom) of Junction City, Kimberly Neely (Jimmy) of Brandon, MS and Michael Blain of Newark, Ohio.; and his sisters-in-law, Rosemarie Bradshaw (Gerald) of Austin, TX, Marion Smith of Carrolton, GA and Joann Ritchie (Gary) of Maumelle, AR. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
