It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Michael Cagle of Gulfport, Mississippi, who passed away on June 26, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact James Michael had on those he encountered along his journey. Though James Michael may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Cagle and Clara Nell Cagle. He is survived by: his wife Karen Cagle of Gulfport; his siblings, Elvis Williamson and Barbara Lott; his stepdaughters, Hope Parker and Alicia May; his son-in-law Robert May; and his grandchildren, Isaiah Parker, Amiya May and Jordon May.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pine Grove Baptist Church (860 Purvis Oloh Rd, Purvis, MS 39475). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
