He is survived by: his sister Robin Boykin (Ken Apperson); his nephews, Kyle Boykin (Jessie), Tyler Boykin (Kristina) and Justin Hall (Leanne); his niece Brandy Falgout (Rusty); his great-nephews, Gavin Ricks, Reed Bishop, Luke Hall and Jay Hall; and his great-niece Madalyn Ricks. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, friends.
