He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Lampley (Jerry) and Cindy Langenbacker (Joe); his grandchildren, Ashton Burks (Rachel), Landon Burks (April), Wesley Burks (Christina), Joshua Lampley (Alexis) and Jeremy Lampley; and his great grandchildren, Brody, Gentry, Hudson, Truett Burks, Madeline and Maren Lampley.
