He is survived by: his children, Ann Hiestand (Jeffery) and John Michael Doukas Jr.; his grandchildren, Morgan Doukas, Ryan Ford and Justin Ford (Elizabeth); and his great grandchildren, Beckham Ford and Cameran Savner.
