He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanell Taylor Sullivan and Fred C. Sullivan. He is survived by: his siblings, Nicey Lewis, Janie Dollar (Dennis), Colleen Nellums, Timothy Sullivan and Kerry Sullivan.

“Sorry to hear of Kelly’s passing. Kelly and I worked together on the MK-4 project in Hawaii at the Naval Ocean Systems Center in Hawaii. The MK-4 program was an open ocean deep diving object recovery project using dolphins. We both worked on the program from 1986 to 1993. He had come from Marine Animal Productions in Biloxi and adapted quickly to an open ocean environment. We went on several operations together, most notably at Indian Island in Puget Sound. He will be sorely missed.”
