He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernis Weaver and Ethel Weaver; his former wife Dixie Weaver; his son Lantz Weaver; and his siblings, Clayton Weaver and Robbie Doughty.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Weaver; his children, Hali Weaver (Kenny) and Rick Duncan (Tanya); his granddaughter Violet "Kaz" Duncan; and his brother Lloyd Weaver. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
