She is survived by: her children, Robert Clifford Powell Jr., Katryn Irene Laycox (Damon) and Melinda Marie Cooper (Adam); her grandchildren, Adam, Maegan Cooper, Katie Cheney, Dee and Mary Moore; her great grandchildren, Dinah, Grayson and Oliver; and her siblings, David Michael Baxter Penney (Charline), John William Penney Jr. (Cathy) and Frances Louise Penney Davis (Wyatt). She is also survived by her family, friends.
