He is survived by: his wife Lisa Starner; his siblings, Erica Lewis (Ed), Alex Starner (Sue) and Karl Starner; his brother-in-law Greg Rowell; his nieces and nephews, Lacey Jay (Chad), Haley Rowell, Sumer Steelman (Alan), Nicholas Starner, Morgan Starner, Grayson Rowell, Kennon Rowell and Rory Rowell; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kessler Jay, Christi'Auna Rowell, Warren Steelman and Tristen Steelman. He is also survived by his family, friends.
