He is survived by: his mother Theresa Frontz; his siblings, Mary Frontz, Michael Frontz (Nikki) and Amanda Guenzel (Brennan); his nieces, Isabel and Sophia; his grandparents, George and Hazel Dickey; his girlfriend Sydnie; Julie, Don Ross, Maxim Ross and Andy Ross.
