He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Callahan; his parents, Richard Callahan and Joyce Callahan; and his siblings, Richard Callahan Jr., David Callahan, Sr., Tommy Callahan Sr., Timmy Callahan and Theresa Callahan.
He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara, Joyce, Martha (Roger), Rose (Randy), Debby (Joe) and Phyllis (Joey); his siblings-in-law, Paula (Tom) and Keith (Christy); his children, Kimberly Ockman and Patrick Callahan II; and his grandchildren, Raine Marie Ockman, Chloe Grace Callahan and Brynn Callahan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
