He is survived by: his children, Russell Scott Neumeier (Michelle) and Lyall David Neumeier (Trisha); his siblings, Joseph Neumeier, Marianne Hackbarth (Donald), Virginia Kraft (Tom) and Margaret Neumeier; his grandchildren, Rachael Luu, Geoffrey Neumeier, Cory Neumeier, Alicia Neumeier, Tyler Neumeier (Morgan), Jacob Neumeier (Kristin), Brody Neumeier and Kaitlyn Derouen; his great grandchildren, Lilly Bellinghausen, Genny Bellinghausen, Rosie Luu, Nicolas Neumeier and Stetson Hertz-Neumeier; and his former wife Dorothy McKay Neumeier.
