He was predeceased by: his parents, George Williams and Rosetta Nee Flenner Williams; his son Scott Arlen Williams; and his siblings, Teddy Metzger, Jr., Norman Floyd Metzger, Rhoda Evans, Evie Howard and Betty Allison.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Williams; his children, Tracy Ann Williams of Mobile, AL, Erin Richelle, Charles, Patricia Ann and James Broome of Colorado Springs, CO; his stepdaughter Michelle Ladner (Dean) of Gulfport, MS; his grandchildren, Chelsea Grothues, Ross Hollis (Sarah), Ian Hollis, Fiona Williams and Gavin Broome; his stepgrandson Trea Ladner (Safia); his brother Ronald Dean Williams (Mary Gail) of Ft. Worth, TX; and his sister-in-law Margaret Chain of Gulfport, MS. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
