He is survived by: his son Robert William Abrams Higdon "Robbie"; his mother-in-law Dottie Abrams Klein; his sisters-in-law, Chrissy Klein and Jo Lynn Higdon; his sister Nancy Higdon Taylor; and his nieces and nephews, Bruce, Bryan Burkey, Laura Beth Taylor, Robert Donovan Higdon and Leslie Higdon Harrien.
