It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Talmadge L. Mauldin of Gulfport, Mississippi, who passed away on November 13, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Clay Mauldin; his daughter Deborah Switzer; his parents, Robert Mauldin and Vida Mauldin; and his sister Ava Nell Graham.
He is survived by: his son David Mauldin (Emily); his brother Joe Mauldin (Sylvia); his grandson Brian Switzer (Jill); and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Switzer and Amber Howard (Jacob).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Riemann Family Funeral Home - Gulfport (11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens (8910 Carl Legett Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503).
Memorial contributions may be made to Handsboro Baptist Church in Talmadge's memory.
