He is survived by: his wife Holly Plaice; his mother Brenda Plaice-Deen; his father-in-law Leslie Martin (Gail); his children, Kristy Hill, Kerry "Bo" Plaice, Amber Wilson (Heath), JayTee Martin, Calvin Harner and Andrew Harner; his grandchildren, Emalee Hill, Colby Parker, Serenity Parker, Jayleigh Martin, Korbyn Parker and Trenton Martin; and his siblings, Frankie R. Plaice and Jill Plaice.
