He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hill and Vashti Hill; his siblings, Carolyn Boyd of Vancleave, L. C. Hill of Pass Christian and Herbert "Smokie" Hill of Vancleave; his grandson Spencer Henry; and his pets, Retriever, Taffy and Rusty.
He is survived by: his wife Frieda; his children, Sheila Henry (Scott) of Saucier, Marilyn "Sondra" Johnson (Richard) of League City, Texas, Tom Hill (LuAnne) of Biloxi and Barton Hill of Lafayette, Louisiana.; his grandchildren, Amelia, Albert Fabian, Chris, Sara Sigler, Thomas Hill III, Tyler Henry and Morgan Henry-Santana; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Vivian, Haylee, Nick, Summer, Aubrey, Caroline Kate, Mack, Ava, Ace and Caz.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or First Presbyterian Church of Gulfport, MS.
