Zelma leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Zelma’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Ozimack and Sam Hall; and her children, James Douglas, John Douglas, Michael Douglas and Sandy Richards.
She is survived by: her daughter Diana Owens (Donald). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the New Hope Baptist Church (17430 Landon Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 4:15 PM to 4:30 PM at the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens (8910 Carl Legett Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503).
