He was predeceased by : his parents, Franklin Francis and Corrine Comer Francis; and his wife Era Francis. He is survived by : his daughter Mary Ann Walker (Scott); his stepdaughter Teresa Westbrook (Rob); and his son Larry Francis.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Waters Funeral Home (309 N 2nd St, Baldwyn, MS 38824). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
