He was predeceased by : his parents, Rufus Chandler and Carrie Chandler; and his siblings, Charles Wesley Chandler, Charles Anthony Chandler, Bobby Lee Chandler and Teresa Fryar.

He is survived by : his daughters, Tyrhonda Shinault of Baldwyn, MS and Takeshia Shinault of Booneville, MS; his grandchildren, Kelton Tate and Emerie Shinault; and his siblings, Tammy Owens (Billy) of Verona, MS, Micheal Chandler (Phyllis) of Baldwyn, MS, Thomas Chandler (Sophia) of Tupelo, MS and Tyrone Chandler of Guntown, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Agnew & Sons Funeral Home - Baldwyn (111 W Water St, Baldwyn, MS 38824). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Ruben - Chapel.
