She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Buse and Winnie Buse; her husband Walter Lee Gibson; her grandson John Cory Hill; and her siblings, Peggy Frances Feret, Vita Louise Buse and James Robert Buse.
She is survived by: her sister Lula Bell Cruz; her children, Patricia Faye Cole (Herman) of New Site, Lula Diane Brazeal (David) of Guntown, Fran Porter (Kelvin) of Myrtle, Pam Robinson (Bob) of Pontotoc, William Trixie Gibson of Saltillo and Walter Bryant Gibson (Melissa) of Saltillo; and her grandchildren, Mark Vandevander (Jessica), Kim Land (Hugh), Sharon Hall (Jerad), Chris Vandevander (Sheyenne), Nikki Lynn Sanchez (Ale), Jessie Gibson (Keri), Alisha Dunaway (Matthew), Adam Hunt Jessica (Brittany), Amanda Gibson (Crystal), Dominic Robinson, Candace Robinson, Mason Dodds, Amanda Dill and Alison Johnson.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Waters Funeral Home (309 N 2nd St, Baldwyn, MS 38824). Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
