She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Waymond Rea and Mary IcyBelle Rea (Jones); her husband Johnny B. Perkins, Sr.; her son-in-law Steven Head; and her grandson Daniel Head.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny B. Perkins, Jr. (Mary Jane), Keloth Chaffin (Buddy), Hamilton, Naomi Sides Hamilton (Vertis) and Cindy; and her brother Lonnie Rea.
