He is survived by: his wife Linda Franks; his sons, David Thompson (Regina) and Greg Thompson of Daphne, AL; his sister Nellie Phillips; his grandchildren, Brooke Thompson, Chelsea Tucker, Drake Thompson, Caleb Thompson, Hayley Thompson and Paige Thompson; and his great grandchildren, Walker, Gracie, Waylon of Anna, D. J. and Sofie.
