He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Marvin and Cecile Yvonne Stoddard Lovell; his siblings, Terry Lovell and Richie House; his son-in-law Harrell Dyess; and his grandson Tyler Dyess.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Lovell; his daughters, Tina Alsup (Paul) and Sherri Dyess; his sisters, Linda Reiland of Hamilton and Brenda Smith of Hamilton; and his grandsons, Ethan Alsup and Reed Dyess (Sarah). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many good friends.
Memorials may be made to Make-A-Wish, Gideons' International, or to a charity of choice.
