He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Leroy McCarty and Johnnie Wilna Collier McCarty. He is survived by: his niece Amy Massey; his sister Susan McCarty; his sister-in-law Rusty Sinn; his nieces, Tamsyn Boeke and Dee Ann Sinn (Stacye Sinn); and his nephew Chris Pinnix.
