He was predeceased by: his parents, James Spencer and Lillian Spencer; and his sisters, Linda Joyce Greer and Diane Spencer Ruth. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Allphin Spencer; his children, Jessica Seiler and Byron Allphin (Timberly); and his siblings, Patricia Griffin (Robert) and David Spencer (Elena). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Free Springs United Methodist Church (76 Co Rd 511, Como, MS 38619). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at the Free Springs Cemetery (76 Co Rd 511, Como, MS 38619).
