He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Green and Birdie Green (Chastain) of Dixie, Mississippi; his wife Dora Elaine Green (Andrews) of Purvis, Mississippi; and his grandson Bobby Collins. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Green of Dixie, Mississippi, Freddie (Tammy Green), Scott Green of Dixie, Mississippi and Felicia Saba (Terry) of Purvis, Mississippi.; and his grandchildren, Tony (Kelly Green), Marshall (Crystal Green) of Mississippi, Lasha Miller (Sean) of Evansville, Jonathan (Julia Green) of Indiana, Joe (Randy Green) of Mississippi, Zach (Tonya Green) of Mississippi, Miranda James (Cameron) of Portland, Megan Green of Saucier, Dante Thomas of Ocean Springs, Nicole Hardy of Gainesville, Candace Saba of Hattiesburg, Shay (Paula Green) of Mississippi, Levyn Smith (Austin) of Purvis and Aly Douglas (John) of Dixie, Mississippi.. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Central Baptist Church (5402 US 49, Hattiesburg, MS 39401). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Andrews Family Cemetery (616 Old Richburg Rd, Purvis, MS 39475).
