He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcom Brian and Helen Brian. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lee Fortier Brian; his children, Shannon Brian Kirby (William Lee Kirby, Jr.), Erin Brian Rutland, Bradford Hagen Brian, Jr. and Summer Randolph; his grandchildren, William Lee Kirby III, Michael Hagen Kirby, Brian Kyle Kirby and Shae Brian Rutland; his great grandchild Kollyns Lanee Kirby; and his siblings, Elaine Rousell, David, Joann Brian, Ann and Tommy Grant. He is also survived by extended family and countless dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the L Club of Louisiana State University or the Eagle Club of University of Southern Mississippi.
