She is survived by: her husband Robert Carroll Lindley; her sons, Scott (Kim), Brent (Mary Carol) and Walker (Christina); her siblings, Erle Ennis Johnston III (Janet) and Lynn Johnston Catalina (Ben); her nieces and nephews, Jamie Williams (Chris) and Jeff Catalina (Erin); and her grandchildren, Tristen, Mary Ashley, Peyton, Macy Kate, Camryn, Olivia, Amelia and CeCe.
Carol was actively involved in her community and took pride in her memberships with the American Cancer Society (breast cancer survivor) and the Daughters of the American Revolution.
