He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Sackler and Faye Sackler; his daughter Amy Sackler; and his sisters, Marilyn Sackler Gorlin and Harriet Sackler Siegal.

He is survived by: his wife Carla Teresa Sackler of Hattiesburg; his sons, Paul Sackler (Anita) of Hattiesburg, Sam Sackler (Arlean) of Hattiesburg and Aaron Sackler (Holly) of Hattiesburg; his grandchildren, Roger Dale Dickinson, Preston Sackler, Brady Sackler, Hammond Sackler, Amelia Sackler, Poppy Sackler and Crews Sackler; his great grandchild Maddox Dickinson; and his sister Renee Sackler Berman of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Temple B'nai Israel.
