It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Jackson of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jethro McSwain and Gracie Hinton; and her siblings, Jerry Hinton, Kenneth Hinton and Rachel Hinton-Moore.

She is survived by : her sisters, Dorothy Hinton, Shirley Valentine and Elaine Hinton Hines; and her close friends, Julia Baldwin, Charles McNair, Ann Coleman and Janet Bolton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
