Don Montgomery Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Don Montgomery Sr. (Hattiesburg, Mississippi), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 5, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Don leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his wife Guilea Bertha Reed Montgomery; his son Don Montgomery, Jr.; and his parents, Ed Montgomery and Dora Montgomery. He is survived by: his children, Terre Montgomery Farlow (Mark) of Daphne, AL, Robert Montgomery (Sarah) of Sumrall and Ronald Montgomery (Amy) of Columbia. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
