He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Everitt and Lucille Everitt; and his sister Sara Gail Everitt Daws. He is survived by: his wife Wilda Yelverton Everitt; his sons, Cass Everitt (Cindy) and Ben Yelverton (Chrissy); his sister Eve Everitt Bobbitt; and his cousin Dr. Thad Waites. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Southern Oaks (1246 Richburg Rd, Hattiesburg, MS 39402).
