He is survived by: his wife Wilda Yelverton Everitt; his sons, Cass Everitt (Cindy) and Ben Yelverton (Chrissy); his sister Eve Everitt Bobbitt; and his cousin Dr. Thad Waites. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
