She was predeceased by : her husband Marcus James; and her parents, Ira Easterling and Mary Stevens Easterling. She is survived by : her daughters, Lou Ann Morris of Oak Grove, Linda James Dulaney (Terry) of Clarksdale and Jenny James of Asheville; and her grandchildren, Marcus James Dulaney, Meredith Dulaney Langston, Kevin Morris and Anna Claire Gleason.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 6th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Parkway Heights United Methodist Church (2420 Hardy St, Hattiesburg, MS 39401). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 6th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
