She was predeceased by: her parents, Lon Gunter and Ruth Gunter; and her siblings, Gene Gunter, Delois McNeal, Lon Gunter and Earnest Gunter.
She is survived by: her husband Max Broadhead; her children, Marc Broadhead (Dixi), Deidre Chunn, Jon Broadhead (Denise) and Stephen Broadhead; her grandchildren, Michael Chunn (Dru), Robyn Chunn (Cody), Todd Broadhead (Anna), Marc Joseph Broadhead, Will Broadhead (Chloe) and Ana Broadhead; her great grandchildren, Dawsyn Broadhead, Henry Broadhead and Max Broadhead; her siblings, Celeste Weaver and Elliott Gunter (Sue); and her grandsons, Cody Hall and Robbie Broadhead. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Temple Ministries (5891 US 49 STE 60, Hattiesburg, MS 39402). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of Eleanor Broadhead to Grace Temple's building fund.
