He was predeceased by: his wife Sue W. Felty; his parents, James Felty and Beulah Felty; his son Frank Wayne Felty; and his siblings, Joe Felty, Roy Felty, Edge Felty, Billy Felty, Mary Ann Felty, Carol Jo Felty and Nadine Felty.

He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Thompson and Carol Felty; and his brother Jimmy Felty. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
