He is survived by: his sons, Elton Sims (Stephanie) and Allen Sims (Karen); his stepdaughters, Donna Graham (Austin) and Kathy Bond (Rickey); his sisters, Sara Maples, Carolyn Hulsey (David) and Myrtle Drinkard (Charles); his grandchildren, Christy Nielson (Matt), Austin Sims (Kelsey), Katie Hodges (Nate), Cody Sims, Krista James, Kelly Lott (Hawke) and Kambry Speed (Mark); and his great grandchildren, Juni Nielson, Asher Nielson, Mitchell Sims, Frasier Sims, Owen James, William James, Graham James, Yana James, Kate Lott, Kyla Lott, Karson Lott, Karter Lott, Kynlee Speed and Kyrsten Speed. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
