She is survived by: her children, Jeff Donahoe (Brenda) and Cindy Smith; her grandchildren, Cameron Smith (Mary), Destin Smith (Brianne) and Katie Weldon (Ben); and her great grandchildren, Kaplan, Silas Smith, Waylon Smith and Annie Weldon.
