She is survived by: her children, Dr. Lisa Bushardt Culpepper, Lara Cooper (Patrick Cooper), James Clark (Dawn Clark) and Samuel Clark (Mary Burt Clark). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Aldersgate, a mission of Main Street United Methodist Church.
