It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Gordon McWilliams in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, born in Covina, California, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis McWilliams and Charlotte McWilliams; and his sister Charlotte "Tunie" Johnson. He is survived by : his son Bryan Patrick McWilliams; his wife Linda Williams McWilliams; his brother Frank McWilliams (Alice); and his siblings-in-law, Ruby Kennon (Charles), Mary Joe Chadwick (Randall) and Joe Frank Williams.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (708 S Julia St, Poplarville, MS 39470).
