He is survived by: his sisters, Alice Ann Smith of Clinton, MS and Jean Hinton of Hattiesburg, MS; and his son Michael Andrew "Drew" McCann of Moselle, MS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hulett-Winstead Funeral Home (205 Bay St, Hattiesburg, MS 39401). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
