He is survived by: his wife Kimberly "Kim" Necaise; his sons, Dr. Colton Necaise, Dr. Connor Necaise and Collin Necaise; his mother Flora Necaise; his brothers, Paul Necaise (Joelle) and Gus Necaise (Anne); and his nieces and nephews, Laurel, Aubrey, Harper Necaise, Brandon Grogg and Briggs Necaise.
