She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph Ray Forte; her son Joseph Ray Forte Jr.; and her siblings, James Russell Street, William Camillus Street, Louise Street Liner and Margaret Street Wakeland.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Forte; her daughters, Linda Culpepper (Arthur Fokakus) of Hattiesburg, MS, Terry Nause (Ricky) of Hattiesburg, MS, Donna Stamps (Bill) of Bay St, Melissa Morgan (Allen) of Hattiesburg, MS and Barbara Forte (John Cheslik) of Raleigh, NC; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Joseph Culpepper, Richard, Marcus, Angela, Jessica Nause, Stephanie Christian, Laken Stamps, Amanda Bailey, Kayla Norris and Robert Morgan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
