She was predeceased by: her husband William Eugene Hughes; her son William Eugene Hughes, Jr.; and her parents, Eugene Farr (Farr) and Evie Arie Farr. She is survived by: her sister Addie Hall of Decatur, Alabama; her daughter-in-law Shannon Hughes of Biloxi, Mississippi; and her sons, Thomas Farr Hughes (Melinda) of Clinton and David Clarence Hughes (Emilee) of Knoxville, Tennessee. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Eugene I. Farr Scholarship Fund at Mississippi College.
