She is survived by: her husband Shirley Lowery; her daughters, Cynthia Lowery-Eads and Rachel Lowery Bailey (Arlen); her grandchildren, Chase Norris (Yvette), Jeremy Norris (Mallory) and Brett Bailey; and her siblings, Merle McDonald and Oscar Boleware (Carmen). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
