She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin and Talnethus Shotts (Hood); her husband John Lee Prine; and her siblings, Virginia Etoile, Johnnie Faye and Benny Frank.

She is survived by: her son John Mark Prine (Judy); and her grandchildren, John Joshua Caleb Prine (Paige) of Rawls Springs and Mary Grace Prine of McKenzie, Tennessee. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
