She was predeceased by: her mother Patsy Ruth Smith. She is survived by: her father Lewis Smith; her daughter-in-law Casey; her husband Blaine Lee; her son Casey Evan Lee (Casey Girl); her sisters, Pamela Thursby (Richard) and Jodi Lucus (Dale); her grandson Maddox Lee; her stepdaughters, Jessica Wade and Mallory Lee; and her stepgrandchildren, Amaya Wade and Adrian Blaine Conerly. She is also survived by cousins, extended family, and friends.
