He is survived by: his husband Lee Rigdon-Bird; his brothers, Keith Bird of Las Cruces, NM and Steve Bird (Lisa) of Phoenix, AZ; his nephews, Jacob Edwards (Chloe) of Richland, MS, Steven Bird of Phoenix, AZ and Jackson Edwards of Billings, MT; and his niece Erin Bird of Phoenix, AZ..
