He is survived by: his wife Barbara Milstead; his siblings, Marie Riggs and Randy Milstead (Dewese); and his stepchildren, Heather L. Vandyke (Mickey) and Barron D. Turnage. He is also survived by four nieces and nephews; and numerous great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
